- 15.90€ whatever the size and weight of your parcel. (Parcels are delivered by "Priority Parcel" which is a French Post services). As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking link so you can follow your order from our warehouse to your home. Tracking here
Whit Chinese-Items it's you who chooses where your order need to be delivered: wheter at home or at work.
Express Delivery - We dispatche your order in less than 12 hours:
If you don't want to long for your order, don't worry ! Chinese-Items also offers an Express delivery service via Fedex or DHL. Every order placed before 06 p.m (GMT) will be delivered the following working day.
Free Returns + 16 Days to make an exchange or a return:
You have decided not to keep your items, that's is not a problem ! You have got 16 days (more than 2 weeks) to return your prodcut. If the returned product are in the same condition (unworn for the jewelry) we will refund you your money within 48 hours after your returned parcel arrival. To make a return you just need to advice us (before the shipping) here
